FAQs
What do I need to bring? Please bring an apron or wear clothes that you don't mind getting clay and glaze on. Any personal items you may need should be brought, as well.
May I bring food and drink? Yes! Please bring any beverages and snacks that you would like during your private event.
How early can I arrive? You can arrive up to 1 hour early to decorate and prepare the event space.
What about parking? Street parking is available and typically very accessible. Please do not block the driveway.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? Contact me directly via phone (412) 977-0235 or email crisanthemum.ceramics@gmail.com in the case of cancellation or the need to reschedule. Please kindly provide notice of cancellation at least 72 hours in advance. Crisanthemum Ceramics understands that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to work with you to find a resolution. However, failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits or payments made.
When will my final product be available? All products are available for local pick-up or ready to be shipped 1 week after your event. If you need your final product shipped, please let me know before the end of your scheduled event. I will arrange this directly with you.
Will my final product be food, microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe? All Crisanthemum Ceramics products are food safe, microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe, and meant for everyday use!
Can I bring my own decorations? Absolutely! Feel free to bring any decorations you would like. You can arrive 1 hour early to set-up.
